2. I am aware that school is responsible only for First Aid treatment however any additional medical treatment & hospitalization if required shall be our responsibility and we shall not make claim or ask for any compensation from School Authority.
3. I undertake and agree to hold the school and its staff indemnified against all such claims that may arise out of any loss or injury to the property or person which my son/daughter / ward may suffer while or in consequence of participation in any such activity as described in Para 1 IB.
4. I also undertake and declare that I or any of my representatives will not claim any compensation from the school on account of any such injury or loss as described in - Para 3 IB.
5. I hereby promise to indemnify and keep indemnified and harmless the Shiva Shiksha Samiti Shivalik Cambridge College / Shivalik Public School, its patent body, their employees/officials, from any type of injury or damage(s) which may arise out from the action or inaction of my son / daughter / ward, during the said activities for the entire tenure in the Shivalik Cambridge College/ Shivalik Public School and also from any claim arising from such action or inaction of my son / daughter.
